I’ve been in the motor trade for the best part of 25 years, ever since I left school at and started my apprenticeship as a painter – panel beater for Ford. It didn’t take long to realise that wielding a spray gun wasn’t quite my calling. The buzz of the showroom, the shine of brand-new cars, swapping the overalls for a suit and the opportunity to have a company car were far more tempting at a young age than the dust and grime.

ast forward a couple of decades, and the glitz has worn off, now it’s less about the glamour and more about figuring out how to squeeze an extra few hours into the day just to juggle work, family and social life. And that’s exactly how Torque & Coffee came to life.

This blog is aimed at anyone in a similar position not enough time to read them lengthy posts from magazines about what’s better the Focus or the Astra. This is for those who just want a quick, honest take on motoring news and stories. From fresh releases to industry issues you need to know. I’ll keep it short, sharp and to the point because who’s got time for the fluffy stuff?

So go on, grab a Coffee… and take a minute to Torque. Leave a comment and join in the conversation…..
